We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. Since sizing can vary between styles, we highly recommend taking your measurements (bust, waist, and hips) and comparing them to our specific garment chart before ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order dresses may require an additional 5 to 10 days for production before they are shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your look! We accept returns on standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that custom-sized items and final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I request custom sizing for a dress?

Yes! Princessly offers custom tailoring for most of our formal and bridal dresses. Simply select the 'Custom Size' option on the product page and input your exact measurements for a flawless, personalized fit.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been tailored and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
